Saturday, April 12th

  • 9:00am - 12:00pm: Speaker Series at Hot Springs Convention Center

    • Open only to SBANA Members, VIP, and Sponsors.

    • Breakfast will be provided in Ballroom D from 8:00am-9:00am

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch

  • 1:00pm - 3:00pm: Late Vendor set-up Hot Springs Convention Center

  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm: Hold for Continued Speaker series, education, etc.

  • 6:00pm - 6:30pm: VIP Early Access

  • 6:30pm - 10:00pm: American Craft Sake Fest

  • 6:30pm: Welcome, introduction, thank you to the sponsors, & Taiko drummers to start tasting

  • 6:30pm - 9:00pm: Sake Tasting Tent open to the public

  • 9:30pm: Announce winners of the competition and present awards

  • 7:00pm - 10:00pm: Live entertainment DJ

  • 10:00pm: Brewer Hangout After Hours

Sunday, April 13th

  • Event location load out 9am

  • 12:00-4:00 Day at the Races
