Founded in 2019, the Sake Brewers Association of North America is the first and only trade association dedicated to supporting North America's sake industry. As a nonprofit organization, SBANA works to promote and protect sake brewers, advance consumer education, support brewery development, and strengthen the future of sake across the continent. Through advocacy, collaboration, and education, SBANA serves as a unified voice for North American sake producers and the growing community of sake enthusiasts. (501c6 organization)

LA’s only craft sake brewery. We brew rice, water, yeast and koji into something entirely our own. Japanese tradition, California made.

Sawtelle Sake

A nonprofit organization dedicated to generating powerful media that inspires, educates, and transforms communities across the globe, including its new series, Secrets of Sake. Co-founder David Ono will also join us as a special guest at the festival. (501c3 organization)

Story Boldly

LA's neighborhood Japanese sushi market, proudly serving the community for over 40 years. Fresh sushi prepared hourly, premium sashimi, and the largest craft sake selections in LA.
